Whether you want to go for a walk, read a book, curl up on the sofa by the log fire, soak in the bath, take a nap, watch a movie, draw, sew or something else, there is the opportunity to discover what is most restful for you.
One to one coaching is available to help you make the most of your time, to recognise what you need and to reflect on what you have learnt from your day. However, the aim is not just to have a day of rest, but to begin to discover how to embed a rhythm of rest into your life at home, to be able to live restfully.
