Days of Rest

Many people  find it difficult to rest at home. This is an opportunity for a day of rest away from the responsibilities of everyday life. Whether you want to go for a walk, read a book, curl up on the sofa by the log fire, soak in the bath, take a nap, watch a movie, draw, sew or something else, there is the opportunity to discover what is most restful for you. 

One to one coaching is available to help you make the most of your time, to recognise what you need and to reflect on what you have learnt from your day. However, the aim is not just to have a day of rest, but to begin to discover how to embed a rhythm of rest into your life at home, to be able to live restfully. 

Online Coaching

On line coaching is offered either in addition to days of rest or on its own. Working one to one provides a bespoke approach to finding rest, that suits your personality, preferences and situation. It also allows you to go at your own pace with mentoring over an extended period enabling a new rhythm that is sustainable, to be embedded in everyday life.

Workshops  & Webinars

For businesses, teams or groups that would like to learn to rest well, there is the possibility of booking a workshop or webinar to explore the habits of a ‘rest full’ life. This includes recognising ways in which we become depleted, not only physically but emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually and discovering how we can rest in order to be reenergised in each of those areas of our lives. As a result, we can begin to find a healthy rhythm of rest and work that is right for each of us individually.


The increased awareness, understanding and practices learnt in these sessions will not only help each individual to find a healthy rhythm of rest and work but will also benefit the whole business, team or group.


Online Course

‘Finding Rest’ consists or four I hour sessions helping you to discover the Art of Intentional and Effective rest. It focusses on exploring the sort of rest you need; physical, mental, emotional, social or spiritual, how to recognise where you are depleted and the areas in which your work, all your work, drains you. Also, there is an opportunity to consider what a rhythm of work and rest that is right for you in this season of life might look like. Finally, there is an opportunity to uncover what might be stopping you stopping, what is it that keeps you working when we you really need to pause and take a break. ‘Finding Rest’ provides the space and the support to develop a healthy and sustainable rhythm of rest and work that can in turn lead to a renewed energy for life.
