"I am a rest coach and mentor providing a place of rest for weary and exhausted women to restore their energy for life through rest. Since experiencing exhaustion myself over 10 years ago, I have been learning how to rest well. This has taken time and I have discovered that, ironically, learning to rest is something you have to work at! However, through my own journey and working with many other weary and exhausted women, I have discovered it is possible to live differently. I hope that I can now help others to learn the same lessons for themselves with my encouragement, support and care along the way. So, I now bring together my skills in Coaching, Spiritual Direction, Nursing and Education to enable others to discover a healthy rhythm of rest for their lives."
