At Rest For Life, we are passionate about helping people find a healthy rhythm of work and rest that results in an energy for life that is sustainable. It may be that you are living with constant weariness or you may even feel you are on a downwards slope towards exhaustion. If so, it is possible to live differently, to be well rested. Rest is a skill, and you can learn the art of intentional rest so that you can recover, be refreshed, restored and re-energised. Once you recognise the intimate relationship between your work and rest, you can rediscover the role that rest can play in helping you live your life to the full.
